– All payments made through our website are processed securely by Stripe.
– Payments are accepted in U.S. Dollars (USD).

– You agree that UJSA may charge your payment method for memberships, donations, or other services as selected on the website.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
– Donations: All donations are final and non-refundable.
– Membership Fees: Membership fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction, and we will review the request on a case-by-case basis.
– Events/Programs: Refunds for event registrations or training programs will be considered if requested in writing at least 14 days prior to the event.

5. Delivery of Services
UJSA provides memberships, advocacy, training opportunities, and community security resources. Some services are delivered digitally (e.g., newsletters, online resources), while others are provided in person (e.g., events, training sessions). Membership benefits and services are described on the website and are subject to change.
